The Different Styles of Yoga

HATHA YOGA – Balance and Steady Progress

Hatha Yoga isthe most traditional form of yoga , from which many other styles have evolved.

The word Hatha signifies both strength and perseverance, as well as the union of the sun (ha) and the moon (tha).

This is a slow and accessible practice, ideal for taking the time to explore postures in depth. It invites you to ground yourself, balance your energies, cultivate conscious breathing, and build strength, while developing a deeper presence in the moment.
